This page explains what it does record, and what happens to what you send us. Last updated: 28 September 2026 ## Who we are Andrometiq is the services division of Essdee, Tiruppur. The legal entity is Essdee Knitting Mills Private Limited, First Floor, 4/1, 3rd Street, Sivasakthi Nagar, K.T.C School Road, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu – 641604. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Andrometiq and that company. This policy covers this website, andrometiq.com, and the calls, emails and messages you send us through the contact details on it. It also explains what our open-source software does and does not send us. ## When you visit this website This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its pages, fonts and images all come from our own server, so reading it asks no other company to load anything. The Work in Tiruppur pages remember whether you chose the light or dark theme, in your own browser’s storage; that choice stays on your device and is never sent to us. Like every web server, ours keeps an access log. It normally records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from if your browser sends it, your browser’s user-agent string, and whether the request succeeded. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, to find errors and to spot and block abuse, and to count in total which pages are read and how often. They are kept for up to 180 days and then deleted. ## When you contact us There are no forms on this website. When you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, your phone number or email address, your company, and what you want to talk about. Please do not send us documents or personal details we have not asked for. WhatsApp is run by Meta. Messages you send us there are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. ## When you are looking for work If you contact us about a job, through the [Careers](/careers/) or [Work in Tiruppur](/work-in-tiruppur/) pages or the phone numbers on them, we collect what we need to consider you: your name, phone number, where you are from, your skills and your work history. If you agree to be put forward to an employer, we share with that employer what they need to consider you and take you on. If you join, we collect the records an employer must keep, such as identity details and bank details for wages. ## How we use it - To reply to you and talk about the work you asked about. - To provide the services you engage us for. - To consider you for work, and to put you forward to an employer when you agree. - To keep this website running and secure, and to see in total which pages are read. - To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and employment records. We do not sell or rent your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. ## Who sees it Only the people in our company who need it for the work you asked about. We share it outside the company only: - with service providers who run things for us, such as hosting, email and telephone, and only for that purpose; - with an employer you have agreed to be put forward to; - when the law requires it, for example a lawful request from a government authority or a court. ## Client engagements When we audit, build software or run operations for a business, the information we handle for that client is governed by our agreement with them and our duty of confidentiality, not by this page. ## Our open-source software We publish open-source software, such as [Frappe Passkeys](/software/passkey/). It runs entirely on your own systems and sends nothing to us: no usage data, no telemetry, and no data about your users. Frappe Passkeys keeps each passkey’s public key and its sign-in records in your own site’s database. The private key is never sent to your site or to us; it stays with the user’s passkey provider, which may sync it, encrypted, between the user’s own devices. We see your data only if you choose to share it with us, for example in a GitHub issue, which GitHub’s own terms then cover. ## How long we keep it We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires, and then we delete it. Server logs are kept for up to 180 days. Records the law requires us to keep, such as employment and tax records, are kept for the period the law sets. ## How we protect it This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the personal data we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and if a breach affects your personal data we will tell you as the law requires. ## Your rights You can ask us: - what personal data we hold about you and how we use it; - to correct, complete or update it; - to erase it, once we no longer need to keep it; - to stop using it where you gave your consent; you can withdraw consent at any time; - to let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act. We acknowledge every complaint and resolve it within one month of receiving it. Once the Data Protection Board of India hears complaints under the Act, you can also take a complaint to the Board if our answer does not satisfy you. ## Children This website is meant for businesses and for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. ## Changes to this policy If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
