What we do

Four practices

Four practices. In each, a short list of things we do at very high quality — and nothing we don't.

Pillar 1 — Assurance

"Sales are up. Where is the cash?"

We identify revenue leakage, control cost, protect assets and unlock working capital.

Leakage doesn't announce itself. Duplicate payments, expired instruments, advances that never come back, material that never comes back — none of it shows up in a year-end sample until long after the cash has moved. By the time a statutory audit sees it, it is history, not money.

Across 100+ internal audits, the people on this team have reviewed and protected ₹50Cr+ of business value and financial exposure — revenue protected, costs saved, working capital released, leakage prevented, controls automated, compliance strengthened. The scenarios are on the auditing page; you will recognise some of them.

₹50Cr+ is value and exposure reviewed — not booked profit or realised savings.

See the audits
What we audit — exactly:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) — procurement discipline, 3-way matching, vendor selection, payment controls, MSME compliance, cost optimisation.
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) — credit control, pricing, billing, customer security, receivables monitoring, faster collection.
  • Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) — job-work material, process loss, quality, debit notes, vendor compliance, quantity reconciliation.
  • Travel expenses — vehicle, airline and accommodation costs; route optimisation, corporate tie-ups, stronger expense controls.
  • Logistics — transporter benchmarking, freight-rate control, billing validation, delivery TAT, penalty monitoring.
  • Production — planning, yield analysis, wastage control, efficiency monitoring, maintenance, quality review.
  • Inventory & valuation — accurate valuation, physical verification, FIFO controls, ageing analysis, liquidation planning.
Pillar 2 — Software & Operations

"We bought software. Why is everyone still typing?"

We move your operators to higher-value work.

Most factory software stops at the office door. Goods move on the floor all day; the entries follow hours or days later, keyed in by capable people whose entire job is copying paper into a screen. The software gets used because it has to be — not because it makes anyone's day easier.

At one garment manufacturer, nobody raises a sales invoice — the role no longer exists. The same floor moves 100% of its goods without paper.

See the software
What we do — exactly:
  • Goods-movement accountability — every inward and outward, across every department, recorded once and live. No registers, no re-keying.
  • Fabric bale, roll and lot tracking — bale numbers, individual roll lengths, shade-wise lot references, carried through from receipt to garment.
  • Issue-and-return workflows — fabric and job card issued to cutting; actual consumption recorded on the floor; balance returned batch-wise to stock. The same discipline through stitching and ironing.
  • Delivery-challan (DC) and goods-receipt (GRN) flows built for peak volume — at peak, a single operator handles around 50 DCs and GRNs a day.
  • Sales invoicing with no manual step — the invoice raises itself from the movement records.
  • Clean accounting hand-off to ERPNext — manufacturing and stock stay deep in our system; your books stay standard and portable.
Pillar 3 — People & HR

"Where will next month's operators come from — and why do the trained ones leave?"

We source your workforce and set up what retains it.

Every unit in the cluster can buy the same machines. The constraint is people: sourcing them, housing them, and keeping them past the first festival season. Ordinary manpower agencies stop at the first step. Retention is treated as your problem — which is exactly why it never gets solved.

Sourcing and retention come as one package — that is the difference between us and a manpower agency. This is the package we already run for an apparel workforce drawn from many states; we set it up for yours.

What we do — exactly:
  • Workforce sourcing — recruitment across states, requisition to joining, for operator and staff roles alike.
  • Retention, set up as a system — the processes that make people stay, installed and run: hostel, canteen, engagement, grievance.
  • Workforce happiness, managed — a workforce from many states, one culture. Multicultural engagement around the festivals your people actually celebrate — Nuakhai · Durga Puja · Holi · Aayudha Pooja — with secular hostel governance and canteen systems that people trust. We help you manage workforce happiness — we've done it.
  • Deployment without lock-in — we recruit, train and deploy at your site, on your payroll. You are never dependent on us to run your own team.
Pillar 4 — Brand

"The product is good. Why doesn't the market see it?"

We build brands that sell — from strategy to shelf.

Product lines outgrow their brands. New categories, new buyers, a bigger story — carried by an identity built for a smaller company. The fix is not a new logo; it is a brand system: positioning, architecture, nomenclature, identity, packaging, and the trade programme that carries all of it to the shelf. And it starts from the same discipline that runs this whole firm: we don't invent stories — we find the one already inside the business, and build the system that carries it.

The identity system behind a ₹150Cr+ house of brands is our work — 15+ states, 400+ distributors, 2,500+ SKUs a cycle. The work is below.

See the work
What we do — exactly:
  • Brand strategy and architecture — the business move first: house-of-brands structures, category frameworks, nomenclature.
  • Identity systems — naming, wordmark and mark, voice, typography — built as systems, not logos.
  • Product and packaging — from product-system definition to the pack on the shelf.
  • Go-to-market — campaigns, e-commerce builds, distributor and trade programmes.

How we work

How we work

We once spent a year building the perfect end-to-end system. Our own floor rejected it. So we rebuilt the way we now build everything: one piece at a time, each piece easier than paper, each proven in daily use before the next. Whatever we build, we use — then we build more.

What failed, what we learned, and the method that came out of it — the full story

1

Understand

Our specialists map how the work really flows: your processes, approvals and the reality on the ground.

2

Build & integrate

We connect your processes and configure the checks, matching and reports to your standards.

3

Refine

We start small, learn from your team, and expand at your pace — with our experts alongside you throughout.

We're now pushing the same discipline into AI — screens so simple they need no training.

Selected work

Brands built end to end.

Brand work is judged on the shelf, not in the deck. Four brands, built as systems — strategy, identity, product, packaging, trade.

Essdee

From factory brand to house of brands

A ₹150Cr+ apparel house committed to moving beyond the single brand it grew up on. We rebuilt the identity as a system — new wordmark and mark, a nomenclature and category framework from Essentials to Junior, unprofitable SKUs cut, kidswear and Designer Vests launched under the new structure. The house now sells through 400+ distributors and 2,000+ retailers across 15+ states, at 2,500+ SKUs a cycle — and the categories launched under the new system are among its strongest sellers.

92 Activewear

From a blank page to revenue

92 set out to build a performance-activewear brand from nothing. Co-founded by the people who lead this practice, it got the full stack: identity, a compression product system, campaign, its own e-commerce build, and distributor agreements. ₹2Cr+ in revenue from launch, sourcing across three markets.

Hamic

Comfort that connects

A family innerwear brand, named from amicus — Latin for friend. Identity and packaging built around a two-figure embrace: complete, warm, and ready for the shelf.

Nilva

Nature, in its purest form

A premium A2 dairy brand: a sunrise mark and a packaging system that carries one identity across milk, paneer, curd and ghee.

Beyond the shelf — Rotary Hospital. WhatsApp-led digital marketing, run alongside the hospital's internal audit: one client, two practices, one team.
