# Every hand-off, recorded once and accountable

Most factory software is built from the management report downward. YRP is built from the movement outward: goods change hands between departments, the person at that point records it once, and that single record carries the accountability from there.

What is running today

## Four capabilities. All shipped.

Department-to-department movement. Every inward and every outward, recorded at the hand-off itself — cutting to stitching, stitching to ironing — not reconstructed from a register at the end of the day.

One accountable record. Sender and receiver work on the same movement. No second transcription, no “my book says otherwise” — one record both sides answer to.

Live visibility. What moved, where it went, what has been sent but not yet received — visible while it is still today’s problem, not next week’s reconciliation.

Floor-first entry. Each screen is built around the operator’s real action and held to one bar: easier than paper.

## Built inside the operating reality.

YRP was not designed in a conference room and taken to a factory for validation. Daily tracking and distribution at Essdee run on software built in-house, under real volume and real consequences. YRP is that operating discipline, productised — the workflows earned their shape before they had a product name.

Stated plainly

## What we will not pretend is already built.

The product we can show you today is the goods-movement accountability layer. The following are not shipped YRP capabilities: line production tracking, industrial-engineering depth, SAM, skill matrices, time-and-action.

If your scope needs them, we will design and build them with you — exactly what you want, scoped in the open as new work. What we will not do is demo an unbuilt capability as something already delivered. You have met that demo before.
