Professional services — Tirupur

Auditing.Software.People. Brand.One firm.

We find where a factory leaks money, build the software the floor actually uses, source the workforce that stays, and put brands on shelves — and we stay until it holds.

₹50Cr+ of business value and financial exposure, reviewed and protected

Across 100+ internal audits. ₹50Cr+ is an indicative allocation of business value and financial exposure reviewed — not booked profit or realised savings. The five documented cases behind the ₹53.92 lakh figure above are itemised, dated and classified.

The findings register

02

The ₹3.02Cr notice that was wrong

A tax department notice demanded ₹3.02Cr. We matched every record the assessment touched, line by line. The disputed liability came down to tens of lakhs — a fraction of the original demand.

How we proved it

03

Sales invoicing: the role no longer exists

Nobody raises an invoice at one garment manufacturer — the software does. The people who held that role moved to work a machine cannot do.

04

100% of goods movement, off paper

Every delivery challan and goods receipt, recorded once, at the movement itself.

How it works

05

30,000+ companies worldwide, per Frappe

We have shipped code into ERPNext — software used by 30,000+ companies worldwide. Code that enters a heavily reviewed open-source codebase is held to a public standard.

Why we open-source

06

₹100Cr+ house of brands — the identity system is our work

Built as a system — wordmark, nomenclature, packaging, trade — now selling through 500+ active distributors across 20 states & UTs.

Chapter I · How we work

We built the wrong system first.

We once spent a year building the perfect end-to-end system. Every process mapped, every module designed, everything connected to everything.

Then we put it in front of our own floor. The people who would have to live in it every day rejected it. Not out of stubbornness. They were right.

So we rebuilt the way we now build everything: one piece at a time, each piece easier than paper, each proven in daily use before the next. Whatever we build, we use — then we build more.

We could have buried that. We’d rather you know it.

The full story

01

Understand

Our specialists map how the work really flows: your processes, approvals and the reality on the ground.

02

Build & integrate

We connect your processes and configure the checks, matching and reports to your standards.

03

Refine

We start small, learn from your team, and expand at your pace — with our experts alongside you throughout.

We’re now pushing the same discipline into AI — screens so simple they need no training.

What we do

Four practices.

In each, a short list of things we do at very high quality — and nothing we don’t.

Chapter II · Assurance

“Sales are up. Where is the cash?”

We identify revenue leakage, control cost, protect assets and unlock working capital.

Leakage doesn’t announce itself. Duplicate payments, expired instruments, advances that never come back, material that never comes back — none of it shows up in a year-end sample until long after the cash has moved. By the time a statutory audit sees it, it is history, not money.

What we audit — exactly

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Procurement discipline, 3-way matching, vendor selection, payment controls, MSME compliance, cost optimisation.

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Credit control, pricing, billing, customer security, receivables monitoring, faster collection.

Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM)

Job-work material, process loss, quality, debit notes, vendor compliance, quantity reconciliation.

Travel expenses

Vehicle, airline and accommodation costs; route optimisation, corporate tie-ups, stronger expense controls.

Logistics

Transporter benchmarking, freight-rate control, billing validation, delivery TAT, penalty monitoring.

Production

Planning, yield analysis, wastage control, efficiency monitoring, maintenance, quality review.

Inventory & valuation

Accurate valuation, physical verification, FIFO controls, ageing analysis, liquidation planning.

Across 100+ internal audits, the people on this team have reviewed and protected ₹50Cr+ of business value and financial exposure — revenue protected, costs saved, working capital released, leakage prevented, controls automated, compliance strengthened.

Chapter III · Software & Operations

“We bought software. Why is everyone still typing?”

We move your operators to higher-value work.

Most factory software stops at the office door. Goods move on the floor all day; the entries follow hours or days later, keyed in by capable people whose entire job is copying paper into a screen. The software gets used because it has to be — not because it makes anyone’s day easier.

What we do — exactly

Goods-movement accountability

Every inward and outward, across every department, recorded once and live. No registers, no re-keying.

Fabric bale, roll and lot tracking

Bale numbers, individual roll lengths, shade-wise lot references, carried from receipt to garment.

Issue-and-return workflows

Fabric and job card issued to cutting; actual consumption recorded on the floor; balance returned batch-wise to stock.

DC and GRN flows built for peak

At peak, a single operator handles around 50 delivery challans and goods receipts a day.

Sales invoicing with no manual step

The invoice raises itself from the movement records.

Clean accounting hand-off to ERPNext

Manufacturing and stock stay deep in our system; your books stay standard and portable.

At one garment manufacturer, nobody raises a sales invoice — the role no longer exists. The same floor moves 100% of its goods without paper.

Chapter IV · People & HR

“Where will next month’s operators come from — and why do the trained ones leave?”

We source your workforce and set up what retains it.

Every unit in the cluster can buy the same machines. The constraint is people: sourcing them, housing them, and keeping them past the first festival season. Ordinary manpower agencies stop at the first step. Retention is treated as your problem — which is exactly why it never gets solved.

What we do — exactly

Workforce sourcing

Recruitment across states, requisition to joining, for operator and staff roles alike.

Retention, set up as a system

The processes that make people stay, installed and run: hostel, canteen, engagement, grievance.

Workforce happiness, managed

A workforce from many states, one culture. Multicultural engagement around the festivals your people actually celebrate — Nuakhai · Durga Puja · Holi · Aayudha Pooja — with secular hostel governance and canteen systems that people trust.

Deployment without lock-in

We recruit, train and deploy at your site, on your payroll. You are never dependent on us to run your own team.

Sourcing and retention come as one package — that is the difference between us and a manpower agency. This is the package we already run for an apparel workforce drawn from many states; we set it up for yours.

Chapter V · Brand

“The product is good. Why doesn’t the market see it?”

We build brands that sell — from strategy to shelf.

Product lines outgrow their brands. New categories, new buyers, a bigger story — carried by an identity built for a smaller company. The fix is not a new logo; it is a brand system: positioning, architecture, nomenclature, identity, packaging, and the trade programme that carries all of it to the shelf.

What we do — exactly

Brand strategy and architecture

The business move first: house-of-brands structures, category frameworks, nomenclature.

Identity systems

Naming, wordmark and mark, voice, typography — built as systems, not logos.

Product and packaging

From product-system definition to the pack on the shelf.

Go-to-market

Campaigns, e-commerce builds, distributor and trade programmes.

We don’t invent stories — we find the one already inside the business, and build the system that carries it. ₹100Cr+ house of brands · 20 states & UTs · 500+ active distributors · 2,000+ SKUs.

Why Andrometiq

Range you can hold accountable.

We are not a new name with an empty track record. The same team and expertise you may already know and trust — now unified under one name.

01

Proven, not unproven

Years of delivered work across software, brand, finance and people, now unified. The numbers are in the proof band above; you’re hiring a track record, not a promise.

02

One partner, end to end

Brand, build, audit and team under one roof. Fewer vendors, fewer hand-offs, one accountable point of contact.

03

You own everything

Complete data ownership and zero vendor lock-in by design. What we build for you stays yours. The same holds for people: we recruit, train and deploy on your payroll.

04

Clarity over jargon

We speak in outcomes and numbers, not buzzwords. You always know what we’re doing, why, and what it returns.

Selected work

Brands built end to end.

Brand work is judged on the shelf, not in the deck. Four brands, built as systems — strategy, identity, product, packaging, trade. The full chapters are on the brand page.

01

From factory brand to house of brands — Essdee

A ₹100Cr+ house of brands committed to moving beyond the single brand it grew up on. We rebuilt the identity as a system — new wordmark and mark, a nomenclature and category framework from Essentials to Junior, unprofitable SKUs cut, kidswear and Designer Vests launched under the new structure — and the categories launched under the new system are among its strongest sellers.

02

From a blank page to revenue — 92 Activewear

92 set out to build a performance-activewear brand from nothing. Co-founded by the people who lead this practice, it got the full stack: identity, a compression product system, campaign, its own e-commerce build, and distributor agreements — a brand built to operate, not a moodboard.

03

Comfort that connects — Hamic

A family innerwear brand, named from amicus — Latin for friend. Identity and packaging built around a two-figure embrace: complete, warm, and ready for the shelf.

04

Nature, in its purest form — Nilva

A premium A2 dairy brand: a sunrise mark and a packaging system that carries one identity across milk, paneer, curd and ghee.

The Andrometiq Way

How every one of us will behave.

Capability tells you what we can do. This tells you how every one of us will behave while doing it. We wrote it down because we intend to be held to it — by our clients and by each other.

Principles that switch off under pressure were never principles.

The Way, in full

01

Win-win, or we rework it.

02

The end user is the point.

03

Buy-in is built, not assumed.

04

Good people win when the company wins.

05

At every touchpoint. No exceptions.

Proof of range

Seven capabilities. One outcome.

Engagements usually begin with one pressing need and widen as trust compounds. Audit and software are the anchor; the rest is range, not a menu.
